Hello my beautiful friends. It seems like it’s been forever since I posted something here last time. I am currently visiting my family in Virginia and I am trying to spend as much quality time with them as possible. I also thought it would be a good time to take a small break from blogging. I needed to relax and recharge to get new ideas flowing. Also, my nails are in a horrible shape right now. I don’t know whether it’s the stress, traveling or different climate, but they keep breaking and cracking… Luckily, I had a few posts prepared before I left, so I finally got some time to post them.

Marble Nail Art - Pure Color Nail Art Brushes Review from Whats Up Nails

A few weeks ago, I received two Pure Color nail art brushes from an online retailer Whats Up Nails. I have heard so many good things about the Pure Color nail art brushes, so I was very anxious to try them. I picked the detail brush Pure Color no. 10 and striping brush Pure Color no. 12. The two brushes are in a form of a pen with a protective metal cap. The cap is not fully closed, so you can store the brushes right after washing them without worrying about the water or acetone evaporating. They also have a rubber bands around the holder for a better grip.

I made a very simple marble nail art to test these Pure Color nail art brushes out. I used both brushes to create the marble look, which you can see on my ring finger. They were perfect for creating the randomly shaped marble and very easy to use. The main color that I featured in this nail art is Essence Pretty Cool Life. It’s a beautiful sage green creme. On my middle finger, I applied the sparkly Cirque Colors Reflektor.

I mattified the nail art (except for the sparkly accent) and applied silver studs. I really like how this marble nail art has turned out. It’s a simple one, but I enjoyed wearing it!

I am very happy to add these two brushes to my collection. They are made with quality materials, very easy to use and they fit in my hand perfectly. I highly recommend them!
