Bundle Monster Pencil Stamper and Clean-Up Brush Review

Hello everyone! I hope you guys are having a great week so far. In today’s post I am sharing my thoughts on the new Bundle Monster Pencil Stamper (click). I have also prepared two nail art examples to show you how it’s performing.  The new Bundle Monster Pencil Stamper is definitely a new, innovative product. I was very excited when it first launched and couldn’t wait to try myself. We all know those situations when the design is so tiny, you just wish you had a small, baby stamper for it. Well, now you can have it. This tool is dual-ended, so on one side you have a tiny stamper and on the other one a clean-up brush.

The soft silicone stamper head is 0.6” (approximately 1.5cm) in diameter, so you will be able to place your design pretty accurately. The clean-up brush is an angled one with super flat, soft hair (I really love it for clean-up!). Both ends have protective caps and you get one extra replacement stamper head.

While I loved the clean-up brush right away, my initial encounter with the stamper was a bit more difficult. I couldn’t get it to work for the life of me. The designs would either smudge and slide on the stamper or they wouldn’t pick up at all. I was nearly giving up, but then I found a review of the stamper by Serene from Copycat Claws. She suggested rinsing the stamper head with water and dish soap and then buffing it slightly with a glass file. That’s what I did and it helped a ton! I still had to adjust my technique, because the stamper is super soft and squishy, so you have to use a soft touch. I was able to successfully pick up the designs and place them on my nail. Thank you so much for your tips Serene.

My first design is a minimalist geometric nail art. The base of this manicure is Cirque Colors Madison. I stamped the triangles with the Pencil Stamper and the rest with a normal stamper. The stamping plate that I used comes from the Shape Nouveau collection. For the lines I used a plate from the Trend Hunter collection by MoYou London. I decided to go with a matte finish for this look and I am loving it!

My second look is rather a simple one. I applied a layer of flakie top coat over black, which is ILNP Imagine That. Then I stamped these simple flower with Twinkled T So Extra. I used Lina Nail Art Supplies Spring 01. I wasn’t sure how the gold would pair with the green/blue flakies, but it looks great in my opinion!

To sum up my review, I do think the Bundle Monster Pencil Stamper (click) is a cool product (despite the initial troubles). It is definitely very innovative and can be very helpful when working with tiny designs. I am not sure if it’s a must-have and whether it’s ever going to be a product I can’t live without. I have my trusty stampers already and I know what I can do with them without having to think too much about it. I’ve never had any issues picking up the smallest designs, so I’m not sure how often I am going to use it. I do love the clean-up brush a lot and I am finding myself constantly reaching out for it.
